COVID-19

To our Valued Customers: We want to thank you for your continued support and loyalty over the years. We sincerely appreciate your business and your friendship. As the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to increase in our communities we felt it was important to share information with you about the steps we are taking at the dealership to help keep our guests and our employees safe and healthy. Our housekeeping staff has enhanced its cleaning procedures. They are deep cleaning and sanitizing our facilities each evening especially in high touch and high traffic areas. Our custodial staff is busy disinfecting doors, restrooms, furniture, and refreshment areas frequently throughout the day. Our employees are disinfecting their workstations regularly and we have communicated the proper protocol to avoid the spread of germs. Our service techs are wearing gloves, steering wheel and seat covers are being utilized and we are disinfecting the touch

There’s also a 60 sec. video that will show you just how fast buying a car can be.    The Express Purchase process is easy.  Pick the vehicle you would like or configure the one you want. You can swipe to change colors. Decide how you’d like to pay for the car. Cash, conventional loan and lease options are all visible online.  Have a trade-in, no problem. The Express Purchase allows you to input your trade information and receive a cash offer.  Applying for financing is simple and secure. WOLFSBURG CREST CLUB

It says a lot about the culture of our dealership as a whole when the brand you represent recognizes you as one of their top-performing dealers. DON'T WORRY, BE HAPPY.

I f you have learned how not to worry, I’m a little jealous. My wife tells me I worry about too much. And she is right; I do worry. But that is part of what contributes to my enthusiasm for control. With all the media attention about the new coronavirus, it is hard not to worry. I won’t rehash all the stories with you; however, I will wash my hands and I will bump elbows with you instead of shaking hands. We will disinfect our customer areas twice a day and we will stay home if we are sick. And I recommend y’all do these things too. That will help me not to worry…too much. Since I have family in central Texas, south Texas, and Houston, I want to be in a place to help them if I’m needed. So, I’m going to take care of my family’s cars. My daughter’s SUV needs an oil change and shocks. My wife’s new Jetta needs an oil change and pollen filter . I’ll top off the fluids, change the wiper blades, and air up the tires. I’ll also look for any obvious safety issues. None of these thing
