Make mine a “DOUBLE” please!
The best
news coming out of Volkswagen for our customers is in full swing and it’s
bold. For what seems like forever,
Volkswagen has had a 3 year or 36,000 mile warranty very similar to every other
car maker.
When
Volkswagen said they “vowed to make things right”, they went BOLD!
They are so confident in their quality and reliability that they have
now placed what’s called The People First Warranty, America’s Best Car and SUV
Bumper-to-Bumper Transferable Warranty on almost all 2018 and newer Volkswagens.
Yes, your
new 2018 Volkswagen now comes with DOUBLE the warranty, 6 years/72,000 miles (whichever
occurs first) of bumper-to-bumper coverage.
It’s outrageous, ridiculous and outright insane… WOW! The coverage is exactly the same as it’s
always been except twice as long. No
deductible, totally transferable and assigned to the VIN of the car so work can
be performed at any Volkswagen dealer in the United States.
This is
about as “worry free” of car ownership as I’ve seen in my 30 years in the industry. Many other manufacturers have come out with
some sort of variation of a longer warranty in an attempt to gain market
share. Each and every one of those come
with some variation of a “catch”.
Limited coverage like power-train only, maybe a form of deductible or at
the very least, not transferable meaning it’s only available to the first
owner. NOT this one! VW’s 6 years/72,000
mile limited warranty is nothing fancy, there’s no trickery, just double the
amount of coverage and zero deductible regardless of how many owners.
If you want
to see all the new products VW has developed over the past couple years, visit
our showroom. Check out the all-new 7
passenger SUV, the Atlas, the totally redesigned Tiguan, the all-new 2019 Jetta,
and oh yeah, the VW Arteon is right around the corner. If you want worry free driving for a VERY
long time, Volkswagen certainly put “The People First” and put their money
where their mouth is.
Come by and
see us and as always, thank you VERY MUCH for your business!
