Wolfsburg Crest Award

Last week, the Team from Hewlett Volkswagen was presented with the prestigious Wolfsburg Crest Club, Volkswagen's most coveted and highest award. There are over 625 VW dealers across the country and only 60 achieve the milestones that it takes to receive this distinction each year.

Membership in this club is not easy to achieve.  It requires a commitment by all to attain high standards in service, new and certified pre-owned vehicles sales, parts purchases and customer satisfaction.  It’s named for Wolfsburg, Germany where Volkswagen originated and where it is headquartered today.  

John Chauvin, GM of Hewlett Volkswagen addressed the staff at the celebration luncheon, “Given the multiple criteria measurements needed to qualify for this recognition, it truly is a TEAM award.  Winning is contagious and so is great customer service. When everyone is on the same page and is this passionate about customer service, top awards become the norm. This being our seventh year to win #Wolfsburg Crest Club is a true testament to our staff and their commitment to our customers.”
