The New 2022 VW Taos Arrives in June

Excitement is building for the New 2022 Volkswagen Taos. According to Motor Trend, the Taos has earned Best-In-Class Highway MPG. It’s the newest small SUV on the market in the US and with an average of 36 mpg on the highway, it’s the most fuel-efficient cruiser you can buy.

The Taos has a base MSRP of $22,995 and is equipped with a turbocharged 1.5 liter four-cylinder engine and if desired can be equipped with all-wheel drive. It’s surprisingly roomy with 28 cubic feet of space behind the rear seatbacks and 66 cubic feet with them folded flat. The interior takes it’s styling from both the Tiguan and Atlas. The base model Taos includes a lot of standard driver assists features in addition to the popular “digital cockpit”. Drivers can certainly upgrade to models with leather interior, customizable ambient cabin lighting, a panoramic sunroof and more.

Cheap Car For a First-time Driver. At my age or at least at this stage of my life, my number one request from my friends is: “I need a cheap car for my kid”. My two kids have now finished both high school and college but it seemed like for maybe a ten year period - once a week somebody somewhere would ask me for a cheap car for their kid.
